Welcome to our Wellness Daily Wellness Habits (DWH) App. Our App is unique &
innovative as it will take you through your individual wellness journey, over 15 days,
to develop your Daily Wellness Habits which are the key for you to Be Well – Perform
Well – Live Well™.

The DWH App adapts to each individual and starts by profiling your current Daily
Wellness Habits so have an understanding of which Habits you already do – so some
good news to start off with! Then the focus, in a fun and enjoyable way, over the next
15 days is for your Wellness Avatar (image) to motivate and prompt you to develop the
missing Habits.

The WellKoms Avatar (image) will remind you of what needs to be achieved on your
action plan and mirrors your wellness levels. The more wellness Habits you achieve each
day the more you increase your Avatar’s wellness levels and, of course, your own!

Its simple, your daily reminders will, in a friendly way, jog you to actually do what
you are aiming to do. For example, getting outdoors; keeping hydrated; fuelling your
body etc. Every time you complete a Habit you get a well done message and your Avatar
becomes more well and so do you!

By the end of the 15 day you can taste success by re-profiling and seeing if you now
100% satisfied that all the Daily Wellness Habits are yours. Naturally any ones still
missing you can start whenever again to partner with your Avatar to go again!
